So Far A Good Investment!

This product arrived about a week ago and I immediately put it to use. The instructions and the filters for the unit came inside the unit and it was a little bit difficut to figure out how to open it without breaking anything. The instructions should have been loose outside the unit. The assemble was simple as one needed to peel the plastic off the filters and pop them in, in the correct order. The unit just needs to be plugged in and the power button engaged.

The user selects how hard you want the air to blow, whether you want to put it on a timer and if you want sounds. There are seven sounds (rain, ocean, crickets, white noise and three lullabyes). You can adjust the volume on the sound but the minimum level is still quite noticeable once you are ready for sleep. My wife and I chose the ocean (which when I woke up the next morning, I forgot about the machine and thought it was the sound of snoring).

The maintenance on the unit is low as one filter needs to be changed once a year and the other every six months. My wife normally has difficulty falling asleep but she says she is doing slightly better with the unit. The unit seems to not totally shut off when we turn off the power button and I may need to read through the instruction booklet to figure this out. Right now we have been disconnecting the power cord to ensure it is off.

Overall if it helps your sleep, it is a small investment to make as a good night sleep is priceless to your overall health. So far we are satisfied with the unit and think it was a good investment.
